Fall is here. Get your skin prepared for the winter.

Exfoliation and hydration. You will need to start by removing the dry, dead skin you have resting on your body. I suggest using an exfoliating glove or dry brush. After exfoliation, hydrate and protect your skin with coconut oil. What a wonderful natural product that can be used from head to toe and is one of the healthiest oils to cook with too. Win Win! Don't forget the Water. Our insides are just as important as our outsides when it comes to hydration.
